Please note, most orders arrive duty free, however you may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your country. We are not responsible and have no control over these fees.
Order Tracking & Signature Capture
Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email with your tracking number. Your tracking number can also be found by logging into your account online and viewing your order history. Please allow 24 hours for your tracking number to be activated by our courier company.
Company policy is that we send all parcels with Signature on Delivery and do not under any circumstances issue instructions to our couriers to leave deliveries unattended when no one is at the delivery location.
Heavy Goods
For unusually large or bulky orders our customer service staff may contact you if any additional freight costs are needed.
Damaged Items
Whilst we package our orders very well and take every care when dispatching, occasionally items can arrive damaged. If you have received a damaged item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will request a photo of the damaged goods so we can assess and offer an appropriate solution. We may ask that you return the damaged item to us. If this is the case, when returning an item, please ensure it is packaged well to prevent further damage. Once we have received the damaged item back to us we can arrange a replacement or a refund.
Parcels Lost or Damaged in Transit
Refunds are issued as per Damaged Items Policy. For lost items we can issue either a replacement or refund once the item is deemed lost by the shipping provider.
Other Postage FAQS
All orders require a signature on receipt of your parcel, unless the buyer has given written authority to leave the parcel in a secure location. If written authority to leave is given, Hak Fabrications will not be held responsible if the parcel is lost, stolen or damaged.
To avoid delays in delivery, please provide a shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the parcel. If your order was shipped with Australia Post and no one is available to sign for the parcel, it will be taken to your nearest Australia Post Office. You will receive a collection card in your mail box informing you of how and where to collect your parcel.
Please note that Hak Fabrications is not liable for any delays in delivery once the parcel is with the postal service. If a parcel arrives to you late due to any unforeseen delay with the postal service, Hak Fabrications will not be liable to cover any costs associated with this.
All orders are sent with the insurance option automatically added. If your parcel is lost, stolen or damaged in transit, Hak Fabrications will assist you with making a claim with Australia Post. Please note that your parcel is insured by Australia Post and not by Hak Fabrications and all decisions relating to an insurance claim are decided by Australia Post. If for any reason your claim is denied by Australia Post, Hak Fabrications is not liable to make compensation for any loss or damage incurred.
If you no longer require your order due to late arrival or any other reason other than an item being faulty, you will be required to cover return postage costs of the item and no refund will be given for any shipping costs. Your return will also be subject to our refund policy.
